Shipping policy

At Maar-Wizz Garments & Boutique Store, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your items will reach you.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During festive seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship orders using trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post, and others.

  • Standard delivery times are usually:

    • Within Kerala: 4–10 business days

    • Rest of India: 4–15 business days

    • Remote/Outstation areas: 7–20 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on select products or promotional orders (as mentioned on product pages).

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations or oversized items.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track the real-time status of your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


5. Delays & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the courier.

  • If your order is delayed beyond 15 business days, please contact us at hello.waarwizz@gmail.com with your order details.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address, incomplete details, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.


7. International Shipping

  • At present, we ship only within India.

  • International shipping will be introduced soon—please check back for updates.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with pictures of the package and product.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier for investigation and resolution.
