At Maar-Wizz Garments & Boutique Store, every product is custom-printed on demand exclusively for you once an order is confirmed.
Hence, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size selection, or design preference.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and quality checks.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello.waarwizz@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 9961004300 with:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective item and packaging

Once verified, we’ll issue a refund coupon (after deducting the return shipping cost) that can be redeemed for your next purchase on our website.

Please note:

The product must be returned in unused, unworn condition with original packaging and tags.
Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

Approved refunds will be provided as a Maar-Wizz Coupon Code equivalent to the product’s value (minus return shipping) and It will be shared by Mail or WhatsApp based on what the details you are provide with us
